You cannot choose a therapy you have never heard about. This website reviews current treatment options, including Tibial Nerve Stimulation (TNS), which many patients have never encountered.

Choosing an OAB therapy is a process, not a single decision. We recommend that you:

• Discuss questions with your physician,
• Begin a therapy trial, and
• Evaluate the results.

If your results meet your goals, continue that Therapy. If not, reconsider your options.

OAB Therapy 101 grew from our own experience and from information we discovered while trying to understand OAB treatment options.

We believe some of what we learned may benefit other patients—if they know about it.

This website is educational to share what we have learned to help patients make their own knowledge-based treatment decisions in partnership with their physicians. You can understand what is available on this website in less than 30 minutes. It will not take a semester.
