Final Reflection

The purpose of OAB Therapy 101 is to help you make a knowledge-based decision that is right for you. It is not to persuade you to choose any particular therapy.

If you want to return to any part of this website, click on a topic in the navigation bar.

Before you finish, look again at the Primary Target you wrote on your Post-it. Is it still your most important OAB treatment target?

If your priorities have changed, you may need to do more research and revise therapy plans.

You may be ready to make a treatment decision after discussing your choices with your physician. Or your decision may be “not yet.”

You may need more information, another

discussion with your physician, or more time to consider your alternatives.

Keep your Primary Target where you will see it. It can remind you what you are trying to accomplish as you continue researching and identifying treatment alternatives.

You have learned a process you can use to research and understand alternatives and make a knowledge-based decision about the OAB therapy that is right for you.

We hope you will use that process successfully as you research, discuss with your physician, evaluate your alternatives, decide, and try. We wish you Godspeed and success in your endeavor.

For ANY OAB therapy that you try, we would appreciate a copy of your Tracking Sheet and Completion Questionnaire (TSCQ) documenting your experience and comments. If you share your observations, you may improve our understanding.
